Speakers:
Martyn Sibley: a social entrepreneur, speaker, and disability inclusion advocate with over 20 years of experience driving social change. He is the founder and CEO of Purple Goat, a disability-led marketing agency; he is the founder of Purple Changemakers, supporting people who want to build purpose-driven businesses and movements; and is involved in the Purple Collective campaign to increase hoist-equipped hotel rooms across the UK. His work focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and practical solutions that create a more inclusive society.
Alix Horton: A senior managing consultant at IBM. Alix believes that “technology has an important role in equipping people to achieve great things. My passion is enabling and empowering people to achieve the everyday and more, with inclusive and accessible technology”. She is currently leading the UK IBM Consulting – Microsoft partnership, creating market-shaping relationships that aim to solve critical client challenges. As the founder and lead of the award-winning IBM UK Disability Employee Network Group, Alix has a passion to bring a stronger commitment to EDI across IBM.
Amandipp Singh: has worked at the intersection of social impact, technology, and education, focusing on building inclusive systems for people with disabilities. As the founder of Enabled Talent, he is developing accessible employment infrastructure that connects governments, universities, and employers with untapped talent.
