Miriam Bentley-Rose, Head of EDI at The Wildlife Trusts: Miriam has spent over 30 years working in the Equality sphere, holding lead roles in many sectors including education, private, public and charity sectors. As a disabled female leader, Miriam has faced many challenges over the years and is passionate about ensuring the voice of lived experience informs all work. Through her role at The Wildlife Trusts, she is leading a team that is making a real difference and cultivating a truly inclusive movement for all.

Alice Uniacke-Austin, Global Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Schroders: With over five years of experience in senior management, specialising in inclusivity and engagement, Alice is a global leader in corporate inclusion. She is responsible for developing, promoting and monitoring Schroders’ global inclusion proposition and strategy.

Sophia Moreau, Multi-award Winning Freelance EDI Consultant: Sophia is passionate about building truly inclusive organisations, services and societies. Sophia’s experience ranges from training, policy development, investigations and mediation to campaigning, press contribution and research production. Sophia has 15 years experience in the field, and founded Moreau & Co in 2021.
