Tayyaba Arshi is a passionate advocate for empowering inclusive societies and advancing disability rights, with over a decade of professional experience and 18 years of education.

She has worked across corporate, government, and international organizations including serving as a Social Inclusion Officer at UNDP Pakistan focusing on sustainability, diversity & inclusion, corporate responsibility, and gender-based violence. Currently, Tayyaba works as a Country Manager with the Belgium-based All Kind Group, organizing digital inclusion projects.

She also serves as a Member of the Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) under Pakistan’s Ministry of Human Rights and actively contributes to strategic development meetings, including the National ICT Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2020. Her leadership includes leading national research on violence and stigma against women with disabilities ASDWD in partnership with UN agencies, UCL, and government bodies and kicked off Corporate Disability Inclusion Program, Open Mind Pakistan.

Internationally, she has represented Pakistan at key global platforms — including the Global Disability Summit as United Nations representative and on the Status of Women (CSW67) in New York and the National Assembly of South Korea — raising the voices of youth and women with disabilities. Recognized with multiple awards such as the Digital Inclusion Award (PTA), Role Model Award (UN & Women Parliamentary Caucus), and the U.S. Volunteer Award, Tayyaba has also been featured in the United Nations’ Diversity Mosaic: 77 inspirations, exclusive documentary on disability inclusion and also featured as UN Women Asia and the Pacific Beijing+30 Youth.

Her symbolic appointment as a CEO for a day to promote empowering societies, underscores her advocacy for gender inclusion and diversity in leadership. As a woman on wheels, Tayyaba champions accessibility and inclusive leadership through her advocacy, writing, and mentorship.
