Currently pursuing his doctorate at the University of the Philippines Diliman, following earlier studies at the Universities of Worcester and Birmingham, his focus is on disability inclusion, labour migration and social development, while also engaging sporadically in animal justice advocacy. As co-founder of the Disability Migration Network (DMN), he is bringing together organisations of persons with disabilities (OPDs) and migrant groups across Southeast Asia to drive systemic change.
His work is centring on advancing disability-responsive migration policies at both ASEAN and global levels, with active engagement in platforms such as the ASEAN Forum on Migrant Labour (AFML).
