Scarlett Heselwood

(She/her) 2026

Scarlett is a London based, visually impaired accessibility consultant, working primarily within the live events sector to level the playing field for fans just like herself.

Utilising her lived experience to bolster her work, and driven by principles of compassion, mutual respect, and inclusive design, she solves problems and herds cats in order to make sure that visitors have the best experience they can in a given space.

She is a winner of Production Futures’ Breakthrough Talent Award, where she was named ‘Event Co-ordination and Logistics Newcomer of the Year’ for 2025, and was a Future Leader with Attitude is Everything for 2024-25.

Her main body of work lies with RADAR Festival, where she manages accessibility provisions and makes continuous enhancements to their customer experience. She also sits on the Lived Experience Board for Different Breed, an accessible fan guide and engagement service used by the Welsh Rugby Union, Mighty Hoopla, Brockwell Live, and several other major sports teams.

Accessibility within the built environment is also of great interest to her. Trained by the Centre for Accessible Environments, Scarlett enjoys collaborating with organisations such as Transport For London to support research and assessments of their public spaces.
