(She/her) 2025
Meg Reed is a disability inclusion and accessibility leader with a career dedicated to creating more inclusive workplaces, services and experiences for disabled people. As Chief Inclusive Solutions Officer at Evenbreak, she drives service delivery for organisations to turn ambition around disability inclusion into meaningful, practical and sustainable change.
Meg brings extensive experience across disability inclusion, accessibility, learning and development, consultancy, innovation and allied health. She has worked with organisations ranging from global NGOs to FTSE 100 companies, both in the UK and internationally, helping them identify and remove the barriers that prevent disabled people from fully participating and thriving.
Her work spans strategic consultancy, inclusive recruitment, accessibility, organisational development, workshops and learning programmes. She is particularly passionate about moving organisations beyond awareness and good intentions towards tangible action, embedding disability inclusion into everyday practice, decision-making and organisational culture.
As a disabled and neurodivergent woman, Meg also brings valuable lived experience to her work. She combines this with professional expertise and a practical understanding of the barriers disabled people can experience in education, employment and wider society. Her approach is grounded in the social model of disability, focusing not on changing disabled people, but on identifying and removing the systemic, environmental and attitudinal barriers that exclude.
Meg is known for making complex topics accessible, engaging and actionable, creating spaces where people can have honest conversations, challenge assumptions and build confidence in taking meaningful action.
Alongside her role at Evenbreak, Meg is a Global Leadership Council Member for the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), contributing to the wider global conversation about accessibility and inclusion.
At the heart of Meg’s work is a simple ambition: to help create a world where disabled people experience genuine equity, choice and opportunity.
