Manar-ul Islam Swaby is the Founder and CEO of Sway B Access LLC, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to advance accessibility and language justice. Grounded in the experiences of disabled and multilingual communities, Manar’s work focuses on transforming systems and structures to expand equitable access to public services and deepen community engagement. Manar currently resides on the ancestral lands of the Osage Nation, in St. Louis, Missouri.
