Eden is a 22 year old youth social activist from Belfast Northern Ireland. She is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for those with disabilities especially children and young people.

She is the host of her own podcast called “sports for all” on be the change media network which aims to encourage people to get involved in sport with a particular focus on accessibility and inclusion.

She lives with multiple disabilities with the main one being long covid. She also sits on a number of different youth panels, including Long Covid Kids, Allergy UK and Eczema outreach support as well as being an ambassador for a few different organisations such as iWill movement and My Life My Say. In her spare time, she enjoys reading writing and spending time with her kittens.
